Best decision I have made!! Crystal and Kevin at the St. Albert studio are absolutely hands down the very best and so supportive. They made my weight loss fun and easy! I would refer them to anyone that wants to lose weight.

When I was struggling I reached out to the St.Albert location. I didn't know what to expect and once visiting the studio I knew this was the program for me. I had the working out down but knew my eating habits needed the work. With the support and encouragement from Crystal and Kevin, I managed to hit goals I have always wanted. I'm so pleased with my experience with Elwyn Weight Loss Studio St Albert. I've tried other weight loss plans before but have never had much success. With Ewyn I'm eating real food and learning to make better choices. Crystal and Kevin are awesome coaches and help keep me motivated and on track. I just love Crystal and Kevin they are seriously amazing people. So kind and personable.
