These folks saved my life. I entered menopause and the weight just piled on. I have severe osteoarthritis and the extra weight made it so much more difficult to move around, which of course caused more weight gain. The staff are amazing! I have found that their is great support with my weight loss journey. they listen and follow up with information as you request it. they encourage you when you are struggling and they do not push the supplements on you but explain what they are for. When you are going away, they try to keep you on plan and I appreciate it very much. I would greatly recommend this program who is struggling with weight loss. I have lost 30 pounds so far and feel quite proud of it and the girls always praise me.
