Bryanne & Megan are 2 awesome gals!!! They both have helped me to start to find the start of a new me!!!! I have been wanting to really get healthy and totally understand that menopause was kicking my butt!!! I am a week into my program and I feel great !!! My coaches Bryanne & Megan have been amazing supporting roles in my w/l journey. They are understanding that life happens, but yet are real with me when I need to get honest with myself. Which in my opinion is exactly what a coach needs to do for you. Guide you to your potential. The plan is easy & simple to follow. Right to the basics. A perfect way to build a foundation for success going forward with your new relationship with food .

This weight loss program and the Leduc coaches have helped me tremendously! I have chronic IBS and they worked very diligently with me to help me reach my goal. I highly recommend this studio and program!!! Top Notch!
