I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Welding Supply Company. From the moment I placed my order, it quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me feeling cheated and mistreated as a customer. They are a horrible company. Use your credit card are reverse the charges. They stole my shipping I paid extra for. Paid for Priority Mail shipping. they shipped standard and now I had to go rent some regulators. They are refusing to refund the shipping I was wrongfully charged. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and written a letter to the state attorney general. I am now being charged for services I did not receive. That is against the law.
Bad information provided on follow up to order. One month and no information as to when the order will be shipped. Very rude, very short, no answers and condescending. BEWARE!!!!
