TERRIBLE customer service, overcharged my card. When I tried to reach out to someone via email I was shut down with a scetchy screenshot of a ****** account. So I tried to call and the man answering the phone had the radio in the background playing so loud he couldn't hear me. When he finally understood me he yelled at me saying it's not their fault my card got charged twice, and then he hung up on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are no help in trying to resolve the overcharge on my card either.

I purchased a couple products on their website weldingsupply.com. I paid for Priority Mail shipping. 3 days later, I looked up the tracking to see where it was at, and it showed this item was not shipped out by priority mail and is now expected to be delivered 5 days late. I emailed them immediately on Sunday, waited 2 days with no response. I called to asked what had happened and they said it shipped wrong. All they guy said was sorry. Horrible company and, as a vendor, very immoral in their business practices. Reached out numerous times and when got someone, told me to F off. How companies stay in business when they don't care about their customers or vendors I don't know but hopefully people read these before even thinking about having to deal with them, because if an issue arises, prepare for a "***** you" approach..

Very poor customer service. Mike & Don, both called me a liar regarding my order and a shipment email that "could not have possibly been sent", even after I showed them proof of the email I got regarding partial shipment of my order. Mike & Don refused to own up to their mistakes and are very arrogant. Not sure if Don is the owner, but if he is, shame on you for treating your customers that way. If he is not the owner, then he needs to be heavily reprimanded for how he treated me on the phone and via emails.

The owner (manager) is extremely rude. I have been going to airgas for several years and thought to try another local company. I was absolutely shock at how I was talked to. Dont go here unless you want to be treated like ******
