Raf the snake oil salesman responded to the ad I had to sell my trailer back in April saying that he would like to take it on consignment and he had "people lined up" to look at it. So, I busted my ass to empty my trailer and haul it to their lot by May 2. Needless to say, Raf didn't sell my trailer to any of the buyers he supposedly had waiting. Recently bought a motor home here, Dean was our salesman. We had a great experience here. Fast service. Our unit was used. Found a few problems with it they were taken care of in a very timely fashion. Thanks guys would recommend to anyone to purchase from here.
We had high hopes for our experience with Edmonton RV Depot because everything started out great. Unfortunately, once the paperwork was signed, things quickly went downhill. The biggest issue was with communication and promises that weren’t kept. The finance manager Shawn promised us a certain amount for our trade, but later tried to change things by asking us to make another payment on our trade before they would cover the remaining balance.
