I had previously tried some of the high-altitude chambers at various gyms, and I can say, hands-down, this is a far better experience with far greater results. The alternation between high O2 and low O2 provided a better cardio workout and MUCH faster recovery time -- I did a half-hour of intense cycling and worked up a good sweat, but afterwards, because of the oxygen flush provided during the high O2 phases, I didn't feel wrecked or exhausted afterwards.
