The Nurse ( Michelle ) @ Ewood Medical Centre on a Tuesday is absolutely lovely. I went this morning for my routine thyroid bloods, she's so quick but so gentle and puts you at ease I'm so glad she's available there as it's local to me I don't have time to go across town to Barbara castle way or darwen. To be greated with a smile and a kind face that early in a morning & that level of professionalism is great I'd say she's a real asset.
had my blood taken today by Michelle. She was really professional and made me feel very comfortable.
