We were experiencing a burning smell in the laundry room upon use of the dryer. A check of the dryer cord indicated the 30A outlet was burnt/burning. Called Ewire and they were the only ones who actually answered (Deb) and sent a man out to check it out. James responded in a timely fashion, confirmed and replaced the outlet. We are now up and running without any burning smells. All safe and good to go. Thank you James and thank you Deb for caring. A quality company that is polite, professional, prompt and prepared.
