Before my brother’s vital signs had even been assessed, a male paramedic on this truck told me that he could not be transported to Penn Medicine because it was supposedly not within Mercer County. When I informed him that Penn Medicine is in Mercer County, I was immediately shut down and spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner.
