Bought a brand new 2024 Subaru Outback Touring at another authorized Subaru dealer - Brandon Thompson Subaru but the car was identified air conditioning issue within a year of the purchase date. Since Ewing Subaru location is closer to me, I tried to make a service appointment, but service advisor said they were out of electricity so cannot do service. I must go to Brandon Thompson Subaru. Another wonderful experience with Ewing Subaru's Service Department! Collin was so very helpful. Since my son's car had NOT had an oil change since 2024, Collin recommended an oil flush. His clear explanation of this service's process, why he recommended it, and how it would help the car was excellent.
