I came to this store last minute due to an emergency, and they were incredibly accommodating. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car — which turned out to be a battery problem. I had just gotten the battery checked at another Subaru location the week before, and they told me everything was fine. Unfortunately, my car broke down because of it. Absolutely terrible service. Will steal your money. Took my husband's car in to get a part fixed, they had to order it. They called us and told us the part came in, so my husband took it in and dropped it off only for them to call and say they ordered the wrong part. I had to go back up there to get it, and completely rearrange our schedule. Then we didn't hear anything for two months. It finally comes in and we take the car back to get it fixed.
