I am extremely disappointed with how this service department handled my TPMS repair. I was advised to replace all four sensors at approximately $287 per sensor because multiple sensors had failed and the others were likely approaching the end of their lives. Based on that recommendation, I authorized the work. After three sensors had been installed, I discovered that Discount Tire offered a compatible aftermarket replacement for approximately $69 per sensor. Bought a brand new 2024 Subaru Outback Touring at another authorized Subaru dealer - Brandon Thompson Subaru but the car was identified air conditioning issue within a year of the purchase date. Since Ewing Subaru location is closer to me, I tried to make a service appointment, but service advisor said they were out of electricity so cannot do service. I must go to Brandon Thompson Subaru.
