Grant helped me get a pre-owned crosstrek with a great deal! Grant has been the nicest, most personable, car salesman I have come across. He made the process easy, explained all the features with details, and kept me informed with everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. I would definitely ask for him; he will take GREAT care of you.
Drove 3 and a half hours to look at a pre owned car, Angel took our deal instead of the Salesman we were supposed to have, Reggie. Angel didn’t seem to know much about the SQ8, we were openly asking questions and he wasn’t providing answers like “are there blind spot monitors?” with no response. I walked in here expecting to look at a car, see some #s I didn’t like, and walk away disappointed (again!). But Oscar was incredibly nice, and did everything he could to get me as close to the criteria I needed. He was very informative on the car as well. Then he called in his boss, Matt, for reinforcements. He was able to work some kind of car magic and get my numbers to a place I felt comfortable with. Beware and do research. Bought a vehicle from here that had a good carfax. Then, I discovered it had major body damage and repairs. A/C stopped working 2 hour after driving away. Ford wants $700 to fix. Theybsaid someone had rigged it up. And transmission lost 6th gear the next day. Also not sure how it passed state inspection before purchase since 3 lights are out. But the deal was fast. Did I mention it had just above low fuel when I drove away?
