Licensed irrigator here. These guys always help, answer questions and train when needed. Retail customers take alot of time to "teach" how to use products so Ewing gives priority to those of us who earn a living using their products. Many of them use their cell phones to answer customer questions...meaning they are working when they are on their cell. These guys are Super Stars!
What kind of place is this? I walked in and was ignored by at least two people so I finally asked if they "sold to the public". First guy completely ignored me as he was caught up in his cell phone and second guy said "yes we sell to the public." I said "well where are all the prices?" He said "ha ha we don't put prices out." What the heck!? If you're going to be a retailer, act like a retailer. If not, focus on your wholesale business and call it a day.
