I don't know how this place has a rating above 2 honestly. I've had one of the worst customer service experiences so far. I paid for the product with my contractor and we ordered the incorrect size, I asked my contractor and he asked for smaller size so I tag along with the sales person and I can already tell he's not happy. Then when I ask for smaller size then he starts banging the item, and I asked him why he's mad. He's like you don't know what you want, so what? That's where they're supposed to help answer the questions... read more

Ewing is an Excellent Irrigation Supply store.. I’ve been doing business with them for over 5 years..at the Friendswood Location. I recently moved up to the Conroe area and i noticed a huge difference in Service. I almost always Have to wait for 15-30 minutes before I get helped or even checked out.. the guys are friendly and helpful when they are available But it seems like there isn’t enough Guys at this location.. and the guys Working the place are almost always Busy working in the back. Hope That helps.

Worst customer service, people working here just keep walking away from you while you talk to them. Will never return here i would recommend site one instead

Helped out in getting the right sprinkler solenoid that the big box stores didn't have.
