Great customer service by Mr. Wylie! He did an awesome job helping me get my project in order. Make sure you get your order right the 1st time because they charge a 20% restocking fee. I first chose an 18 inch catch basin but after bringing it to location realized my fall was incorrect (hours more of digging) and had to swap out for a 12 inch. $58.00 to restock a 300.00 catch basin and three lengths of sch. 30 pipe.
