Maya is the best she’s been my family’s physician for so long …. But the new workers are nasty specially the ones at the front desk, they use to be some good workers there but they all gone.
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment online over a month ago, only to have it canceled two days before the appointment. The reason given was that I was supposed to call or come in to verify my insurance. However, no one informed me of this requirement until after they canceled my appointment. The person who called to cancel was incredibly rude and seemed almost happy to inform me that my appointment was canceled. Maya has been my doctor for years and she’s the best! However, I called this morning to refill a prescription and it’s ready by 2pm the same day . I was shocked how quick my refill was put in. The woman who answered the phone this morning was very helpful. Thanks so much !
Went back and forth for a gastro issue didn't get resolved. Wasted my time. It's not the worst but certainly not the best especially when it comes to communication.
Love the service here very quick and the provider Maya was very attentive the best bedside manner I’ve had in a while thank you!!!
