I’ve been buying from the Ewing Irrigation location in Valencia for years, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Frank, Ozzy, Jose, and Luis always treat their customers like family. Their customer service is second to none they’re knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. One of my go to spots for landscape materials. They have a wide selection of tools, fertilizers, irrigation supplies, outdoor lighting equipment, herbicide, etc. Plus they have stores all over Southern California.
Terrible customer service. Never received the item I ordered after waiting for months. I learned that Ewing didn't process my on-line order for a month and a half. Had to take matters into my own hands and contact the manufacturer myself. Three and a half months later I have what I ordered.
