Good prices and good quality professional parts. Not organized well, and customer service isn't great. Been there several time and the lady that works there is very nice and helpful, the guy that may be the manager has no customer service skills and should focus on restocking / organizing merchandise. Acts like he's bothered if you ask questions and I always end up wasting time. He should work away from customers and have someone with "Jerry's" customer service skills helping people.
Good prices, very limited stock selection. Long wait for one clerk while five others were joking in the office. Poor customer service other than the one clerk trying to serve everyone who was awesome and patient.
