I purchased a vehicle last month and before picking it up my salesman advised the service department lost one of the keys. My salesman Toby promised me they would replace it via phone and text but they never did. Instead he ignored my calls and text following up about the key. Sunday I sent one of the managers Matt Pilkington an email and just like Toby he ignored me. I like the car, but cannot recommend the dealership who doesn't correct their mistakes. Came in with my new car to get a small issue with the trunk fixed. Herb was amazing and I loved their automated portal to show me what was happening with my car so I could plan for picking up etc. They had it done same day.
