Five-Star Review for GMC Buick Oh man, what can I say about Herm? What a guy! He was super extremely helpful. I just wanted to look at the new Hummer EV because I own a 2008 Hummer H2 and have been considering selling it since it's getting old. I wanted a new car with new features and no problems. As always, I highly recommend Ewing GMC. The team is fast, kind, and very helpful. Today I went in for an oil change and battery replacement, and Herb and John Odom took great care of me—they were excellent. Their technicians are also very professional. For example, I had taken my car to Walmart three times to balance the tires and fix a steering wheel shake at certain speeds, but it was never resolved. The technicians at Ewing fixed it in no time. I really appreciate their expertise and outstanding service.

Everything went great! Christian and Oscar stayed as long as needed to ensure my deal went through and I am grateful. I got a great deal on the car that I purchased and didn’t have to haggle for unnecessary fees. I’m in LOVE with my car. I live in Houston (I was in Dallas for a bridal shower and left with a new car 😛) and if I ever need another Buick, I will be making a trip to Plano. That was the best experience that I’ve had with any dealership!
