The staff here clearly isn't on the same page, which made the whole visit feel disorganized and frustrating. When I asked the doctor simple questions, I was met with condescension and a noticeable ego--rather than genuine care or clear answers. It felt more like an inconvenience to them than a service for my pet. Please value your pet and choose a vet who actually listens, shows compassion, and still has passion for what they do. This doctor seems burnt out and honestly needs to consider retirement.
