Edward is such a great guy. I wanted to replace a light switch, and he let me know what his minimum call-out charge would be. I could tell he didn't want me to overpay for such a small job, so he suggested he could look at a few other things while he was here, though he was fully booked for the next 2-3 weeks. I had an emergent electrical repair come up (hydro mast came down in a storm) a couple weeks ago. I made a few calls to other companies and got some crazy high quotes before coming across EWF. From the moment I spoke to Ed on the phone I had confidence in him and he showed up shortly thereafter to get working.
