I’ve recently moved to the community and have had very good experiences with many places until here recently. I’ve had a membership for a year and after this incident will not be renewing and I will be telling the folks I know not to either. The Thursday aqua class was extremely rude. They yelled at several separate families who tried to cool down (next to the stairs wayyyy away from them) in the water in an area that they weren’t using( they never used this spot the entire time).
