I bought an OrionJr 7 years ago where I managed to blow fuses on thermistors early on. Ewert was great supporting me and very fast with turning around the unit once repaired and shipping it back to Sweden. 7 years later i bought an OrionJr 2 which I didn't have issues with but questions as it was a little different. Support and product quality is superb and the customisation and features second to none. Great Job from Ireland this time.
I bought an Orion 2 from an EV supplier (not being reviewed here so will rename nameless). The application was a 20 KW 32 cell split pack lithium battery to replace 20 flooded lead acid batteries in an electric conversion. While the dealer was essentially non-responsive to post-sales questions, Ewert tech support was extremely helpful. They reviewed my design, assisted me in validating the configuration of the BMS, and continued to respond to questions for support. o stars. horrible customer service. they say call the dealer you bought it from, leave us alone. their dealers after $32,000 of product sale won't return calls . VERY disgusting service. May their lovers all get herpes
