I would never rent from this company again. Deceitful and unprofessional. I would recommend taking plenty of photos when you move out because this company will lie and try to take your deposit.

We were a tenant at a Ewemove managed property. If you can avoid them, do so. They were unprofessional and tried to keep over 1,000 of our deposit. Thankfully, Deposit protection came through and adjudication was in our favor. We tried very hard to solve everything at the lowest level but emails were never answered and no proof of any charges were ever provided. My experience with Ewe Move (Lettings) has unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth for ever renting future properties again. When issues were raised, it took an unnessacery amount of time to be resolved (6+ months on some occasions). Some were never fixed in the 2 years we were at the property. It seemed unless it benefitted them in some way, we would always struggle to get quick responses.
