I would have given 0 stars if it was an option. For 2 days, they've texted me that my parcel is arriving with a link to track. For 2 days, the parcel has been 2 stops away with an estimated delivery time of 1 hour. For 2 days, I didn't leave home as I didn'tn't want to miss this important parcel. I even took days off to wait for this horrible experience. Couldn't get through customer service either.
THE WORST Courier I’ve ever dealt with - I can’t believe Secretlab use this company. Zero customer service, zero English.. The courier literally threw my boxes out of the van and onto the ground. Garbage company, avoid at all costs.
Terrible. Never answer the phone.
