Probably one of the worst mail companies ive dealt with. Latest update recieved stated "unsafe area to leave parcel - returning to depot" on the 19th of Feb, i instantly emailed them saying i was at the location at the time and date of the update, meaning driver didnt even try to contact the address. Called the Greenacre warehouse phone number and told me I can only contact via email. Left an email at @info.ewe and @cs.emetro.ewe and still no response after a week...
driver didnt even attempt delivery. when i was waiting out the front watering my plants when they "attempted" tried calling the person back declined the call. seriously poor form.
Has no clue what priority delivery is, item sitting in warehouse 4 days (25 min away from my house). A service only comparible to that of fast track/aramex.
