Worst company I have EVER dealt with! They don’t deserve 1 star! It’s fine that you don’t understand my English but you don’t need to hang up in my face when you hear that I speak English and not Chinese!!! Please have some sympathy for people who are literally just trying to have their package delivered to them. I am beyond frustrated! They attempted to deliver my package while I was not home, so they’ve sent it back to their warehouse and now no one is answering and I have no idea what’s going on with my package. Ordered via secretlab, EWE was used as the distributor and courier. I wanted to confirm what day the delivery was occurring so I could be home. Had an email response within 2 hours advising they would confirm asap, received confirmation the next day when delivery would occur. Delivery occurred when they advised, the driver was pleasant and helpful despite the item was in excess of 70 kgs. Thanks to the EWE team for their efficiency and diligence. Very happy overall!
