The delivery driver just threw my package 10m from my drive way to the front door like it was a piece of trash.
Lying company . Said they tried to deliver but didn't . Zero stars if possible .
delivered my item after 10pm at night and then left it leaning against my garage door in full view of the street instead of walking 3 paces to the left and leaving it at my door. First experience with this company and quite shocked at the stupidity of their delivery drivers.
Pathetic, delivered to completely wrong address, their contact email doesn’t work and their phone lines go to message bank which is full! Despicable
Had 2 packages delivered together. Bloke puts one in the letterbox and then the other at the front door. Had to go searching through the delivery photos work out where the other package was.. delivered at 9.45pm at night. Box clearly said to leave at front door. Why leave 2 package in different locations... amazon should drop this incompetent courier company
