I brought my 2019 Golf R in to get a Water Pump Replaced for free under settlement, I also asked for a Carbon Cleaning on car drop off. After they checked my car out i got a repair quote for 4,000 dollars of services that were recommended! I dont mind that part, but what was very underhanded to me was the $609 quote for a DSG (automatic) transmission service when i have a manual transmission on my car. Mike at the service area was amazing and so helpful, got screwed over by my dealership and he was a huge help and very communicative in updating me through everything and answering any questions I had. If I could go back and buy a car through you guys I 1000% would.
Both times I’ve been in here for services they’ve straight up lied about their service discounts to me. I was especially irritated this time because the guy was like “the 15% off doesn’t apply to this service but we have a $20 off promo for your oil change” and proceeds to say the “discounted” price - which is the standard service price listed on their website and NOT a discount in anyway. WORST EXPERIENCE YET! Took a car for a test drive, car started having alot of issues, bad sounds and check engine light came on. After a week they said they fixed the issue. Flash forward three weeks, we bought the car but declined the 3000 dollar "extra coverage". We noticed problems a week after we left the dealership, and my wife emailed them about it.
