DREW WAS AMAZING !!! Got me in for an oil change and helped locate other issues I needed to handle as the owner of my vehicle. Took his time explaining and planning a path forward for repairs. I had a wonderful experience today at the dealership and even more built a nice relationship! THANKS MUCH DREW!!
Drew with service provided great customer service and provided me with information about my car. I would recommend him to anyone.
Had service on my passat tdi. Asked if they could clean the trunk where they spilled fluid the last time I was in. They didn't clean it up and spilled more and left the compartment for the def fluid open and uncovered. I see the other reviews and ask if I went to the same place..... Poor quality of service the last 2 times I was there.
Very attentive and good customer service. Will definitely be coming back.
