Had routine service today on a low milage 2015 Passat. Drew Parrish, Service Advisor, met me at the car door, after pulling in, will a big smile and friendly personality at 8AM on a Saturday. Drew was informative in checking what we had scheduled for the visit. I immediately could tell Drew was the kind of service advisor I like to work with.
