Sometimes, you need to send up the white flag and let the professionals fix what you can't. That's why I went to Ewald Kubota in Marble Falls, Texas. I was able to easily remove the cylinder from my tractor, and that's where it stopped. A few days later, the cylinder was ready to be picked up and put back on. It's like brand new. Actually, I believe it's working better than when it was brand new.
The staff at Ewald Kubota Marble Falls is top notch, simply the best. Over the years I have always had positive experiences and enjoyed working with them, doesn’t matter if I am buying equipment, parts or getting something fixed. This week Preston and his staff went the extra mile to work with me on getting a frozen bolt removed on a shredder I was changing the blades on. The job got completed in record time at a fair price.
Kudos to Tyler Coffy at the Marble Falls Ewald Kubota dealership. From my first Kubota mower, to my RTV and then my M6 tractor, the entire process from sale to delivery to parts and service have been great!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I’ve purchased 2 brand new very expensive machines from them and I will never use Ewald Kubota again! I’ve spent about $150,000 with the Selma location and not once could they deliver them to us so I had to pay drivers to go pick them up ourselves, not a big deal but the first couple hours of use on both machines they started pouring out hydraulic fluid.
