WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I’ve purchased 2 brand new very expensive machines from them and I will never use Ewald Kubota again! I’ve spent about $150,000 with the Selma location and not once could they deliver them to us so I had to pay drivers to go pick them up ourselves, not a big deal but the first couple hours of use on both machines they started pouring out hydraulic fluid. Excellent parts service by Chris
Incompetent business! Service does not communicate with Parts and visa versa. Customer service desk does not follow through with any overseeing. A real letdown for an existing customer. I’ll drive a hundred miles to another dealership before even considering returning ringing to Marble Falls Ewald Kubota.
