I just want to express my appreciation for the Ewald Kabota store in Floresville. The office manager Ms. Jennifer S. and the small engine technician Mr. Harper continue to preserve the legacy of three generations of the Ewald’s honesty and genuine concern for the customer. They went above and beyond customer service regarding an inherited chain saw I brought in to be serviced which was not cost effective and provided that information for me to make an informed decision.
