WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I’ve purchased 2 brand new very expensive machines from them and I will never use Ewald Kubota again! I’ve spent about $150,000 with the Selma location and not once could they deliver them to us so I had to pay drivers to go pick them up ourselves, not a big deal but the first couple hours of use on both machines they started pouring out hydraulic fluid. When I decided to upgrade my tractor, I visited Ewald Kubota in Floresville, Texas. Sales representative Troy Wilson greeted me upon my arrival. Troy asked me about the features I was looking for, then showed me several tractors in the Kubota lineup. I decided the MX5400HST was the tractor that would best fit my needs. I had an issue with my 2023 svl75-2 in mid December, so I called Kubota in Foresville Tx. where I had purchased it from. I spoke with Jarred Pollard (service writer) and Matthew Luedke (service manager) about what was going on with my machine. They will walk you through the process and keep you informed on everything going on with your machine. These two guys went above and beyond helping me resolve my issues I had. Charged me $2600 just to tell me they needed another $10000. Took it home fixed it myself, wouldn't let these guys fix me a sandwich.
