I dealt with the service manager Kameryn Luera at Ewald Kubota, Bay City. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I highly recommend him and the entire service department. The new store manager, Kristen is really pulling things together. Including Elwald, I have dealt with 3 different owners of this dealership. Though it is a small store, Kristen is giving it the feel of a real tractor dealership. She was very helpful on an insurance claim that I had. Haylee the employee is very helpful , has alot of patience, she also very friendly and every time I need a part for my Kubota she know what part to order never make a mistake , she very trustworthy. We need more people like her . Thanks kaylee good job !!!
