Another great job and customer service relationship to Cody and Carter in parts and Justin in service at the Lagrange location. The estimate for repairs and service on a RTV 900 was sent to me in a short period of time and job complete soon after. Thank you again Ewald!
Carter was awesome and so full of knowledge at the Ewald Kubota in La Grange Texas. Alot of Thanks to Carter.
The team at Ewald Kubota in La Grange is just outstanding. Chris the delivery guy is amazing - very communicative and super helpful. He even picked up the phone on Sunday when we called because we needed to connect with someone about an issue with the equipment. Super knowledgeable and personable. In a world where it seems like customer service has tanked since Covid, we have been really impressed and grateful of the friendly and genuinely helpful folks at Ewald Kubota.
These guys are great!! Carter, Mikie, and Cody did a great job taking care of my new equipment needs and getting parts for my old ones!!
