I’ve rented here several times. Every experience was a pleasure. Most recently I dealt with Kris. This guy, and the equipment he rented me was the real deal. From inquiry to return, Kris was a solid contact and treated me like a purchaser. This is without a doubt my go to rental provider. Big thanks to the gents at Ewald Boerne.
Kris and Caden provided exceptional customer service, and both we're very professional and courteous. I really appreciate their attention to detail, and they made my experience renting from them seamless and I will be back to rent again because of them. I highly recommend them and Ewald!
My husband and I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Ewald Kubota. We have worked with both Jacob and Brad and you can't find more kind, intelligent, and honest sales men. They are extremely knowledgeable about all Kubota machines and make the buying process a breeze. If you're in the market for a Kubota do yourself a favor and give them a visit!
Another great rental experience. This is my third or fourth rental with them. I have other rental options that are just as close to me. I go to Ewald first. Kris was easy to work with. He made sure I had all the details before the rental and prior to pickup. I stopped by just before the rental for paperwork and everyone was very polite and willing to help. The machine was brand new. Every machine I’ve rented from Ewald has been great. Highly recommend.
