WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I’ve purchased 2 brand new very expensive machines from them and I will never use Ewald Kubota again! I’ve spent about $150,000 with the Selma location and not once could they deliver them to us so I had to pay drivers to go pick them up ourselves, not a big deal but the first couple hours of use on both machines they started pouring out hydraulic fluid. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced from 2 different locations. Unorganized and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.
Recently had the 42 point tune-up done and ewald was great. The technician that showed up was so helpful and explained to me how to work the machine and we discussed everything that needed to get done. He was very knowledgeable. They are very honest and do not seem to want to take advantage of you. I highly recommend them.
We always rent our equipment for construction projects. We could buy some of it, but the hassle of downtime, maintenance, and repair isn’t worth it—especially when you have a team like this backing you up. I cannot recommend this place enough, specifically because of the incredible customer service. Jacob and Jonathan did great and truly understand the meaning of 'above and beyond.'
