Not sure where to start. Kia service has been instrumental in keeping me on the road as I'm 50 miles one way to work. From tires to oil changes on a basic level, then there would be a broken break line and other major things. The 2016 Soul is over 100k, runs like a top. Thank you to Angel S for guiding me through what might otherwise be stressful situations.
Can’t compliment this service department enough. As a woman, it is sometimes intimidating going in for auto repairs. The people here were fantastic. My service advisor is Allan Remark. He has been walking me through all of this repair, Warenty, car rental, and doing it with, kindness, professionalism, and a bit of humor. I have already recommended this location to my son , who also owns a Kia. Thank you Allan!!
