Ewald is really a good Co. They were on time, explained what would be done, and they washed my car. Kylie, my service advisor, explained I had a recall and took care of it. She is very professional and quite nice. Drew Sebion
Do Not purchase any vehicle protection plans. You will be told it’s easy to use and to cancel if you sell vehicle. In reality they will pass you off to shop after shop to get a basic scratch repaired and you absolutely cannot “just call to cancel” the protection plan. Scam artists.
I visited this location about a month ago to test drive a 4Runner TRD Pro that they had available. Both Brian and Dallas were courteous and helpful. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all and I was able to take a thorough test drive with Dallas. The TRD pro is the most capable off road trim and their price was more than fair, but I don’t take my vehicles off road, so it wasn’t the ideal trim for me. But it just looked so darn cool!
