Got an oil change yesterday…customer service was awful. The lady working the desk barely spoke and was not kind at all. Today an alert came on the screen of my car saying the oil needed to be replaced immediately. I checked the dip stick and there was ZERO OIL in the car. Overall had an awful experience, especially for a dealership to have this poor of performance is crazy!

They have always fixed or serviced my vehicles. Time can be a bit of an issue sometimes, but I'm sure they have same issue that every business has these days; Volume of qualified employees that actually want to work. Ones they have are top notch.
