Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle through Ewald Chevrolet. Saw the vehicle on Facebook Marketplace and reached out to the sales representative Alex! She was great providing all of the information that I had requested and went above and beyond. It was well worth the 8 hour drive that it took to get to the dealership to purchase the vehicle! Would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle at.
I bought a 2010 Ford Taurus sho. Month later and the engine started to misfire intermittent then it got so bad I couldn't drive the car so I called them they got mad and wanted to look at the car they say they sprayed a can of spray in the intake. I was told to pick up my car and a mechanic put grease on my door handle because he was upset. The car misfired again so did what they should of done before they sold the car it me.
Great experience. Good prices. Super friendly staff. I will definitely be shopping Ewald again in the future
