Food was ok, but service was very slow. And in the end they charged our card more than the bill (gave some strange excuse about adding an extra beer for us, but it seemed like they were just hoping we won't notice), so it left us a bit disappointed. Glad we caught that!
Usually, this is a cuisine I visit about once a week... I doubt that will be happening in the future, considering the awful service and the way I was treated this evening. Short male waiter with glasses, NO tattoos, shoulder-length blonde hair (WORST waiter I've ever received "help" from). There was an obviously new waitress with red hair and bangs (said so herself that it was her first day working) who made note that I had wanted water, never received it. I am not satisfied with the service I received at Ewa’s Thai Cuisine. During my visit, I was charged multiple times for extra dipping sauces, which I have never experienced at other Thai restaurants. When I questioned the charge, the server responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, insisting this was standard practice and showing little consideration for my concerns.
