Every time we leave the Sparrow ER we are worse off than when we arrived! Emily Willmann, DO at 04/29/25 1734 Placed an incorrect feeding tube to replace a damaged one and I have been through hell ever since.

This hospital has become a toxic workplace where leadership prioritizes profit over people. Patient care and employee well-being are consistently sacrificed for financial gain. Staff are exhausted, unsupported, and treated as replaceable, which has destroyed morale and created a hostile environment.The reality is simple: this is not a place focused on healing or compassion. I’ve been through a lot with Sparrow and Bridget has gone above and beyond for me every single time, my friend also goes here and he says the same thing about Bridget.
