I like that they got me a good quote. But employee Josh doesn't seem to care much after he's got you locked in and he's making money off you. Doesn't return calls, have to call multiple time. Eventually I stopped calling for him and someone else in the office further helped me. I've referred people to this man and he won't even return there calls. If you value good customer service and responsiveness I suggest looking elsewhere. Or use a different location.

1 Star After I wrote this review, Josh Bussel did reach out a week later, explaining that he had been dealing with sickness at his house. He asked if I still wanted a quote, and I said yes—yet he still never provided one. I had initially reached out to Josh Bussel at EW Smith six times for a quote on my company’s insurance. 1 Star I reached out to Josh Bussel at EW Smith six times to get a quote for my company’s insurance. We spoke once by phone, but after that, I left three voicemails—no response. I also sent two emails—again, no reply. If they’re not interested in quoting business insurance, they should just say so instead of wasting my time. Poor communication and unprofessional service. If you’re looking for a responsive and reliable insurance provider, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

We did have some trouble connecting and communicating with one of the agents there, the office quickly assigned us another individual who was able to help us immediately! They were also able to find us a plan that was $200 cheaper!
