I went to Farrah at EW therapy with doctor's recommendation for PT. I was in extreme pain and non movement of my shoulder and neck. Farrah worked on me in slow increments, yet effective. I am 5 seasions down and i say i am 90% better. She is sweet and trained therapist, knows what she is doing amd works efficiently. Highly recommend her.
I was referred here from my OB, I have Medicaid. When I came in, I gave my insurance card to the front desk, she put it in and I went back to the room for my visit. I came out and was told I had to pay out of pocket for the visit because they didn’t take my insurance. I’m 30 weeks pregnant preparing for a baby, why would you not tell me you don’t accept my insurance BEFORE my visit and make me pay out of pocket?? Before coming here, I was having multiple back issues and was scared as to what my quality life would be as I continue to get older. Being in my late 20’s, I was really worried. All that changed after I started coming here and working with Farrah! Not only had she helped me get back on track, but she has also made it enjoyable. I am now pain free and am continuing to work on my core, to hopefully help free me from back pain episodes. I cannot recommend this facility and Farrah enough!
