Well, I’ll try to be positive…the customer service was good. They were friendly for the most part. But this place REQUIRES you to pay AND tip before they provide any service. Did a 60 minute foot massage, told them to only focus on my feet but still spend 20ish minutes doing the rest of my body. Then when they did do the feet, it was more of a rub than massage. Open but too busy to give an hour foot massage! Unprofessional and rude. Didn't give a care I was a returning and frequent customer.
Good massage but there is a minimum $10 tip and $3 fees for card. Of course they tell you about the minimum tip AFTER the massage. I honestly cannot give a good review if they charge $13 over the massage price.
