Worst experience. No business ethics. They were to call me for authority to spend than a certain amount. They never called and then ran up a large bill well in excess of the value of the machine. They took no responsibility for their error, were unapologetic, and simply didn't care. I will never do business with they again.
No respect for committed time, arrogant attitude of the pick up driver, ludicrous amount of quote. I ended up wasting $100 for pick up/delivery without any fix for my lawnmower. Will not recommend anyone to go to this business

I receivedreallybad service from them on my ridingand push mowers. They are the greatexamplesof over promises and underdeliver. They did absolutely minimum and everything deviates the smallest they will for sure charge extra. I spent $1250 on a $1700 riding mower in late November, got it back without use . I used only once for one hour mid spring this year and it broke down then. I called the owner of the shop , he was rude and denied any his responsibility. Took my ATV, Power Washer and Log Splitter to them to clean carbs since I did not winterize my gas over the winter. Got my ATV told me my carb was no good could not be cleaned and tuned??? Was replaced 2 seasons ago but gave him the ok. Then they call said my throttle cable needed repair. I knew this. The choke has to be held on with my finger the whole time, otherwise it returns back to the choke off position. So I was ok with that.
