Took my ATV, Power Washer and Log Splitter to them to clean carbs since I did not winterize my gas over the winter. Got my ATV told me my carb was no good could not be cleaned and tuned??? Was replaced 2 seasons ago but gave him the ok. Then they call said my throttle cable needed repair. I knew this. The choke has to be held on with my finger the whole time, otherwise it returns back to the choke off position. So I was ok with that. Do not trust the hours. I was referred by Kendall the store in the front, drove about 20 mins and they are closed when they should be open according to their schedule.
Brought in a John Deere with a bad camshaft. They replaced the camshaft, and the compression release broke again. They replaced it again, and after a few hours of running this spring it lost power. Brought it to another place and they said a camshaft lobe was wiped, indicated it was possible the valve was adjusted too tight. Cost me an additional $590 to repair.
They scraped my splitter without telling me. I left it there longer than I should have, but they never called me once to come pick it up.
Ernie and his team are fantastic, fair, and friendly. I have 2005 Cub Cadet that had less than 110 hours but had not been used for 17 years, so an ethanol corosian fuel system added to the maintenance needs. Newer rider mowers are cheaply made, so I really wanted to save my Cub Cadet. EVS saved my machine and was far cheaper than a new mower. This is the shop to save your small engine equipment.
