I get it they’re a business. At the same time when a customer asks for a cbc chem 7, and you try to push a bunch of other tests before even seeing the results of the cbc you go from a caring vet to a money grabbing enterprise. Now all you made was the $100 for an exam fee when you could have made more. How does that make any sense at all? No one is paying $600-$1000 for bloodwork and X-rays for a Cat FFS unless it’s absolutely necessary. When you go to the ER they do routine bloodwork and take it from there. Very positive experience. Got in quickly, everything to be done for my dog was explained, cost was disclosed upfront. The lady vet was caring and thorough, and answered all my questions.
Arrived as a walk in. A little bit of a wait but was to be expected. Everyone was great and attentive. Have never been there before but would go again in an emergency.
So very nice and helpful!
