Although they are not snake experts, they expertly welcomed my 7-foot boa and made sure she was seen and given fluids to hold her over until we could see an expert on Monday. Such a great team! Really made us feel better!
Called in very stressed and worried because my puppy had ingested something and the phone was answered by an employee who made us feel stupid and who had no sympathy for the situation that we were in. Very disappointed and ended up going to another vet where they were much kinder and kindly explained what we must do.
