The team at Jeff Smith Chevy is second to none. Paul has sold to me and my family 5 cars in a year .He is AMAZING at what he does ! Megan , Dayna fantastic in finance looking for your best interest and always has an ear to listen to you on a personal level. My husband and I recent bought a car from Jeff Smith's Country Chevrolet in Essex. We bought a fully electric car from them and it was incredible experience. From start to finish it was a very easy and smooth process. Before we even arrived we connected with Paul Griffiths who was incredibly kind and made the whole experience very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for any future purchases we have.

We decided to go look for a car after an ice storm. We went to several car dealers to see what was on their lots. No one came out to talk to us, then we went to Jeff Smith's,County Chevrolet in Essex. Paul the salesman came out to talk with us, took time to clean the ice of the vehicle we were looking at so we could test drive it. We bought the vehicle. We have had excellent service from this dealership. Highly recommend taking a drive to Essex and see what is on their lot!

Sales staff were always available, to answer my numerous questions. Vehicle pickup was very personal/helpful with respect to needing phone access to our vehicle. We hope for many years of EV enjoyment.
