Rude, reactive and not empathetic at all, quite the opposite, uncloaked conceit. This woman told me I had mini strokes , and then criticized my anxious reaction. She told me she couldn't treat me due to my anxious reaction. I left the appointment with no information on how to live with or treat what she just diagnosed me with. Don't waste your time with this unaccountable person. Doctor should be a title that can only be claimed if their actions continue to merit it. I heard good reviews as reflected in some of the other reviews found here. I found my experience to be quite the opposite. Cooper makes it difficult to change doctors and I went through much time and energy to make the switch. It was a waste of time. She judged my anxiety harshly, causing it to increase as anyone may expect. This was her basis for not being able to treat me. Even though I pleaded with her to give me a chance.
