Nous avons passé une commande, nous n'avons jamais reçu d'appel pour nous aviser qu'ils avaient tout reçu. Nous avons dû communiquer avec eux pour savoir si notre commande était bien arriver. Au téléphone ils nous ont mentionné que tout était bien reçu que nous allions pouvoir passer chercher le tout. Lorsque nous sommes allé chercher notre commande, nous avons payé tout la facture et nous sommes allé chercher nos articles dans l'entrepôt. Amazing Service. The designer took her time, helped me with finishes and choosing a configuration. The 3D turned out so beautiful. So happy with choosing the Evos team! Also their showroom smells amazing!!!
I DO NOT shop there again. it is a NIGHTMARE for me. 1) I ordered the exact same item as what I saw in the showroom. They changed the design without advising. The new design is not what I like... ... of course they refused any refund or exchange. 2) item I received there are missing parts, but the owner insisted they sold thousands of units and never had any mistake. On top of it, he said it is my contractor not professional and he does not know how to install. I am not sure what is the relationship between missing part and ... read more
