My partner and I visited the coffee shop on the property while using the ChargePoint charger for our electric vehicle. While waiting, we entered the lobby area and were confronted by a woman at the front desk who asked if we needed assistance and informed us that the lobby was for tenants only. This interaction felt unwelcoming and left a poor impression.
