Love my weekly sessions at Evo Prime Fitness. It’s such a welcoming environment and always encouraged by the lovely coaches who are at the ready to adapt any exercises as needed. I’m currently doing the outdoor challenge for the second time and loving training in the outdoor environment. The recovery room (red mat) and ice baths really support my body & mind. Evo has that family feel and everyone supports each other. It’s my happy place.
I've been a regular at EvoPrime for almost 2 years. They helped me to strengthen weaker areas, and with my overall health and fitness. Ash and Matt are always ready to provide advise on general health and nutrition. After a recent abdominal surgery, Ash helped me to get back to health, through breathwork and some very basic exercises. She slowly built this up over time, until I was back to strength, ensuring I didn't overdo it at any stage. I must be one of the oldest members of Evo Prime fitness. Not that old, just sticking with Evo for about 10 years now. Over the time Ashley & Matt have helped me to established my exercise routines. Over the years they helped me to stay fit for everyday of our demanding business (baker/chef). I have learnt with Evo that mobility glitches come and go - if you keep it moving. Friendly and comfortable exercise studio. Started with personal training for specific issue however side effect all also fixed a frozen shoulder and the joy at being able to stand from floor without assistance with 70 a few months away. Blood pressure tablets halved sugar down from 6 to 4.9.. thanks Matt & Ash
