I've been a regular at EvoPrime for almost 2 years. They helped me to strengthen weaker areas, and with my overall health and fitness. Ash and Matt are always ready to provide advise on general health and nutrition. After a recent abdominal surgery, Ash helped me to get back to health, through breathwork and some very basic exercises. I must be one of the oldest members of Evo Prime fitness. Not that old, just sticking with Evo for about 10 years now. Over the time Ashley & Matt have helped me to established my exercise routines. Over the years they helped me to stay fit for everyday of our demanding business (baker/chef). I have learnt with Evo that mobility glitches come and go - if you keep it moving. Friendly and comfortable exercise studio. Started with personal training for specific issue however side effect all also fixed a frozen shoulder and the joy at being able to stand from floor without assistance with 70 a few months away. Blood pressure tablets halved sugar down from 6 to 4.9.. thanks Matt & Ash

Totally changed my life! Amazing team and fantastic flexible program. Before starting at Evo I had constant aches and pains and very limited mobility due to many years of working at a desk and no exercise. 6 months later I have lost 25kg, my aches and pains have mostly gone and my mobility has improved 10 fold.
