All of the security was helpful and very polite and professional. The unloader Chris was rude, sarcastic, and childish. As the driver I was suppose to call 30mins in advance. I didn't realize this but apologized immediately. He then went on to pump his fist and shrug his shoulders instead of being professional and just saying that he could have told me not to bring the load because he didn't have capacity to take it.
