The workers are very slow, there aren't enough technicians, and they're just unmotivated. I've been waiting for 4 hours, and they can't unload two pallets. They're very sloppy, and they don't care if you're late for the next shipment.
Staff is nice but lab takes forever to approve a sample for a live bulk unload. Spent 10 hours here- 8 waiting and 2 unloading. They do offer bathroom. Bring some food and something to pass the time.
