BEWARE PLEASE SCAM!!! EVONIFY STAYS - There was a bullet holes in the unit, the windows didn’t lock, the carpet was filthy, the wash n dry was broke. spider webs everywhere and there was a wasp nest outside the door and the water pipe broke and they never came to fix it. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS! THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION.. THEY TAKE UOUR MONEY AND RUN!
